Description
5-Methyl dCTP can be used in nucleotide mixtures to generate PCR amplicons using ZymoTaq, QuestTaq, or other DNA polymerases.
Applicable For
CPCR amplicons containing 5-methylcytosine are useful in a variety of applications such as studying 5-methylcytosine binding/interacting proteins or defining methods that distinguish between 5-methylcytosine and 5-hydroxymethylcytosine
Concentration
5-Methylcytosine dNTP Mix: 1 µmol/100 µl as a [10 mM] solution.
